* Partner with the Private Equity and Operations team to evaluate and due diligence prospective investment opportunities ranging from $500 million to $5+ billion   ?
* Conduct market, competitor and business strategy assessments and identify operational improvements (i.e. SG&A rationalization) to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of our investment thesis * Interact with C-level and finance leaders internally and at targets to ensure swift execution ?
* Project management of weekly diligence deliverables including monitoring data requests & VDR updates ?
* Manage relationships with external advisors and Private Equity team ?
* Create presentation materials for Senior Leadership reviews (i.e. Investment Committee decks, PE early reads, etc.) ?
* Support development of the investment model by ensuring  operating assumptions are accurately reflected ?
* Develop initial budget and monitor expenses incurred throughout diligence process ?
* Build out reporting/tracking of diligences for leadership ?
* Ad hoc projects & analysis as necessary

* BA or BS with an excellent academic record; MBA typically required for Senior Associate role
* *Excellent analytical, financial and problem solving skills; prior financial modeling experience a plus ?
* Entrepreneurial, creative self-starter; able to work independently with limited direction ?
* High learning agility; able to quickly get up to speed on new industries and/or areas. Prior experience outside of Finance a plus (e.g. Commercial, Supply Chain/Operations) ?
* Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills ?
* 3-7 years of experience as a top performer at either an accounting/consulting firm or a Fortune 500 company ?
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills; VBA and Tableau experience a plus
* The hired candidate will be based out of New York City.  The role will require significant travel and presence at a portfolio company’s site for the duration of each assignment  ?
* US work authorization
